Scott Hovey, founder and head brewer of Adelbert’s Brewery, spent 12 years building and running a 3,000-barrel production brewery. He managed equipment sourcing and brewery construction, implementing a Wild Goose canning line equipped with an integrated depalletizer, nitrogen injection, and shrink-sleeving features. By incorporating PLCs, VFDs, and pneumatic valves, he optimized the system for efficient single-person operation. Now, he leverages this expertise to assist other breweries, distilleries, and beverage suppliers in enhancing their operations.
